Remote Tech Support is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3

Click Run when prompted (you might have to click run more than once)
Then Click Allow when prompted
If any Firewall program asks anything select “grant access” etc…

For remote tech support please call any one of the service centers listed below and dial your technician’s extension number.  If you don’t already have a technician, then press option 2 to be assigned one.

The technician will send you an e-mail with a link to click to download a small file that will allow us to temporarily remote control your computer.

We will then have temporary control of your computer to assist you.
At the conclusion of the remote support call, the remote tech support software will be automatically removed from your pc and the technician will no longer have control of your pc unless you choose to open a support contract with us that allows unattended access.
